As everyone is trying to figure out just who Sarah Palin is, I'm trying to look into what John McCain and the Republicans believe in besides killing people in war yet claiming to be pro-life, claiming morality above all yet deserting an invalid wife and marrying rich, lauding our military publicly and yet voting against increasing their benefits and medical care, voicing their belief in God and Jesus, all the while torturing their victims and starting anew a war with Islam, and...

Well, they claim to have all the answers, hold all the cards, are favored in God's light, are the only truth that you need to know...

They're control freaks, pure and simple, like the fascists of the 30s and 40s in Europe. They are longing to produce their own autocratic imperialist society composed of people with no need for anything but money and power, with nothing but party loyalty and symbolism taking the place of truth, diplomacy, and compassion. But sooner or later they'll have to produce their own toilet paper and find they can't even wipe their own @sses. I vividly remember the fate of a similar minded dictator, Benito Mussolini of Italy, who hung upside down in the public square along with his mistress, after the Italians finally woke up!

Republicans have divided America with fear--theyy have, especially during the past 8 years, created an atmosphere of doubt and fear as they proceeeded to invade a nation that had no ties to 9/11 or to Al Qaida. They have misused both international laws and treaties, manipulated intelligence to start a war that has killed upwards of 500,000 people including approximately 4200 American soldiers in the name of greed and power.

To listen to McCain, he will 'fix' everything. My friends, don't listen to him. He doesn't know how to win a war, he knows how to start one. He knows nothing about being a middle-class taxpayer, he was always 'upper crust privileged.' We don't need him or whoever his VP will turn out to be.

We don't need the Republican Agenda anymore. Like these depressed times, the war, the high price of gasoline and groceries? Like inflation? Who needs the Republican agenda anymore? Did they scare you with their warcry, "THE DEMOCRATS ARE CHICKENS, THE DEMOCRATS WILL RAISE YOUR TAXES"...they didn't scare me.

It's time for change, all right. VOTE DEMOCRATIC ACROSS THE BOARD THIS NOVEMBER!
